- 300 g Pizza dough
- 300 – 400 g mozzarella shredded
- 3 tbsps butter room temperature
- 1 1/2 tbsps garlic powder
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 300 ml condensed milk sweetened
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 2 tbsps garlic powder
- Thoroughly mix together condensed milk, vinegar and garlic powder in a bowl. cover and refrigerate.
- Preheat over to 475F
- In a bowl mix together garlic powder and butter to form a garlic butter
- Brush a large pizza pan with the olive oil. make sure to get the sides too.
- Spread dough out on pan. Use your hands to spread it out at least half way, then spin the pan and let physics do the rest.
- Spread all the garlic butter onto the dough, then coat with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes
