- 300 g french fries cooked to package directions
- 1 large roma tomato diced
- 10-20 pickled jalapenos see linked recipe above
- 1/4 cup chipotle aioli see linked recipe above
- Split the fries into 2 portions, top each with half the meat, tomatoes and jalapenos. Drizzle over with aioli and serve
