  • 6 cups Coney Island Chilli see linked recipe
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar
  • 8 cups shoe string fries cooked to package directions
  • 2 cups green onion chopped


  • Put 2 cups of fries on each place, top with 1 1/2 cups chilli and evenly top with 1 cup cheese. Broil on the top rack 1-2 minutes, top with 1/2 cup green onions and serve
