Ingredients

  • 7 large jalapenos sliced thin, seeds and all
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt

Instructions

  • Whisk the water, vinegar, sugar, salt and garlic in a sauce pan and bring to a boil
  • Remove from heat and add the sliced jalapenos
  • Allow to cool for 8 minutes, then transfer to a mason jar, seal tightly and allow to cool on the counter over night, then refrigerate.
