I took this pic 3 years ago, but finally got around to getting it up (heh). (pemeal) Bacon, Brie, Egg, Lettuce, Tomato The BBELT!

Ingredients

  • 1 bacon slice pemeal
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tomato large
  • green leaf lettuce
  • 2 bread slices , toasted

Instructions

  • Fry the egg and the bacon. Make sure to make the egg sunny side up and donu2019t over cook it so you can break it and have the yolk run down through the sandwich
  • Cut 3-4 thick slices of brie
  • cut 2-3 tomato slices
  • get a piece of lettuce about the size of the toast
  • Build the sandwich! From top to bottom: lettuce, tomato, brie, bacon, egg
  • Cut in two
