Spicy Turkey Bacon Ranch Wrap

  • 3 small turkey breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 3 cups spinach fresh
  • 2 tomato sliced
  • 1/2 red onion sliced
  • hot sauce tangy like Franks or Tobasco. I used my homemade fire sauce
  • ranch dressing
  • 3 10-12″ tortilla
  • 3 tsp smoked sausage
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper


  • In a large skillet, cook the bacon til it starts to crisp. Remove and set aside.
  • Drain most of the grease, but leave enough to cook the turkey.
  • Rub the turkey breasts all over with the paprika and pepper. Then cook on medium high in the bacon grease. 8-10 minutes
  • Build the wraps – bottom up: tortilla, spinach, cheddar, turkey, bacon, tomatoes, onions, ranch, hot sauce. Wrap and eat.
