Ingredients
the burger
- 1 1/3 lb ground beef, medium split into 4 1/3 lb balls
- 4 brioche bun toasted
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon I used maple bacon
The Cheese Sauce
- 3/4 cup chili con queso
- 1 lb beer and sriracha braised mushrooms see linked recipe
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos
Instructions
Cook the patties til desired done-ness, topping with a cheddar slice toward the end.
- Build the burgers- heel,patty,2x bacon slices ripped in half, cheese sauce, top
- Optionally Serve with a pint of the same stout you used for the mushrooms
