Easy Weekday Breakfast Bagel


The key to making this a quick weekday solution is the no cook ingredients. You can toast the bagel then go brush your teeth, start your morning routine, whatever. Make ahead a bunch of the aioli, use microwave bacon and pre-sliced cheddar and this sandwich assembles in a couple minutes.
I pair mine with a greek yogurt cup every morning for a filling low cal breakfast that comes in around 500cals
