Healthy weekday Bacon and egg breakfast wrap

  • 1 8in keto tortilla
  • 1 tbsp chipotle aioli
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp 0% milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 strip bacon
  • 1/2 slice cheddar cheese
  • 3 strip roasted red pepper


  • Cook the bacon to desired doneness
  • Whisk together the egg, milk, salt, pepper
  • cook egg on medium heat in a small pan, once the yolk stops jiggling fold 1/3 over itself, then fold again to create a long slim omelette
  • cook the folded omelette another minute, flip and remove from heat
  • Spread the tortilla with aioli, add cheese, bacon, peppers, egg in a line in the middle of the top half of the tortilla
  • fold up the bottom then fold over the sides to create a pocket
