  • 3-4 slices peameal bacon fried
  • 1 egg fried
  • 2-3 slices smoked salmon
  • 2 sun dried tomato sliced
  • 2-3 tbsp cream cheese
  • hot sauce

Instructions

  • fry the peameal to desired doneness
  • Assemble in this order- cream cheese, lox, tomatoes, bacon, egg. Top with hot sauce, cut in half and serve
