Spicy Turkey Bacon Ranch Wrap
Servings: 3 wraps
Ingredients
- 3 small turkey breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 lb bacon
- 3 cups spinach fresh
- 2 tomato sliced
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- hot sauce tangy like Franks or Tobasco. I used my homemade fire sauce
- ranch dressing
- 3 10-12″ tortilla
- 3 tsp smoked sausage
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon til it starts to crisp. Remove and set aside.
- Drain most of the grease, but leave enough to cook the turkey.
- Rub the turkey breasts all over with the paprika and pepper. Then cook on medium high in the bacon grease. 8-10 minutes
- Build the wraps – bottom up: tortilla, spinach, cheddar, turkey, bacon, tomatoes, onions, ranch, hot sauce. Wrap and eat.
