So I went to St. Lawrence Market for bratwurst and while I was there I figured I should also pick up a rack of lamb

Ingredients

  • 2 tsps ginger minced fresh
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves fresh chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro fresh chopped leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil canola or
  • to taste salt pepper and
  • 8 lamb chops (rack, loin or shoulder)

Instructions

  • Combine marinade ingredients in a food processor and process to smooth
  • Put the chops in a ziplock with the marinade and marinade 30mins u2013 4 hours (I did about an hour)
  • Grill or pan fry the lambchops
  • Spoon remaining sauce over chops and serve
