So I went to St. Lawrence Market for bratwurst and while I was there I figured I should also pick up a rack of lamb
Minty Cilantro Rack of Lamb on Palak Daal
So I went to St. Lawrence Market for bratwurst and while I was there I figured I should also pick up a rack of lamb
Servings: 2 serving
Ingredients
- 2 tsps ginger minced fresh
- 1/4 cup mint fresh chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro fresh chopped leaves
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil canola or
- to taste salt and pepper and
- 8 lamb chops (rack, loin or shoulder)
Instructions
- Combine marinade ingredients in a food processor and process to smooth
- Put the chops in a ziplock with the marinade and marinade 30mins u2013 4 hours (I did about an hour)
- Grill or pan fry the lambchops
- Spoon remaining sauce over chops and serve
