Ginger Carrot Dressing

Ingredients

  • 200 g carrot chopped small
  • 120 g onion chopped small
  • 2 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Blend together everything but the oil, once things start to combine slowly drizzle in the oil while continuing to blend then continue to blend til smooth.
