Ginger Carrot Dressing

Ingredients
- 200 g carrot chopped small
- 120 g onion chopped small
- 2 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Blend together everything but the oil, once things start to combine slowly drizzle in the oil while continuing to blend then continue to blend til smooth.
