  • 1 bagel halved
  • 85 g tuna flaked, flavour of choice
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozarella
  • hot sauce to taste


  • Place an oven rack near the top of the stove and turn on the broiler
  • Lightly toast the bagel halves in a toaster or under the broiler
  • In a small mixing bowl mix together the tuna and half the cheese
  • Once the broiler is ready, place the bagels in a pan, cut side up. Spread half the tuna on each bagel then top evenly with the remaining cheese. Broil for 3 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
