Tuna Quesadilla

Servings: 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 large can tuna flavoured (I used chipotle), flaked with a fork
- 400 g cheese shredded (about half a long brick)
Instructions
- Put 1 pita in a large, shallow pan
- spread on half the cheese evenly
- Spread the tuna evenly
- add the remaining cheese and top with the other pita
- Cook on medium-high heat til bottom cheese is melted, flip and cook til rest of cheese is melted
- cut into slices and serve with sour cream, salsa, guacamole.
