Easy Tuna Melts

Ingredients
- 1 bagel halved
- 85 g tuna flaked, flavour of choice
- 3/4 cup shredded mozarella
- hot sauce to taste
Instructions
- Place an oven rack near the top of the stove and turn on the broiler
- Lightly toast the bagel halves in a toaster or under the broiler
- In a small mixing bowl mix together the tuna and half the cheese
- Once the broiler is ready, place the bagels in a pan, cut side up. Spread half the tuna on each bagel then top evenly with the remaining cheese. Broil for 3 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
