Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quinoa
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 cup cucumber chopped, and peeled
  • 1 cup imitation crab chopped
  • 1/2 large avocado sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup seaweed snack
  • 2 tbsp pickled ginger chopped fine
  • 4 tbsp wasabi lime dressing

Instructions

  • Bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil, add the quinoa and stir in the sugar. Reduce to simmer and cook to package directions. Once cooked and drained, allow to cool then stir in the rice vinegar
  • Add the quinoa to the bottom of the bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and drizzle with Wasabi Lime Dressing
