The California Roll Bowl

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup quinoa
 - 1 tsp sugar
 - 1 tsp rice vinegar
 - 1 cup cucumber chopped, and peeled
 - 1 cup imitation crab chopped
 - 1/2 large avocado sliced
 - 1 tsp sesame seeds
 - 1/2 cup seaweed snack
 - 2 tbsp pickled ginger chopped fine
 - 4 tbsp wasabi lime dressing
 
Instructions
- Bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil, add the quinoa and stir in the sugar. Reduce to simmer and cook to package directions. Once cooked, allow to cool then stir in the rice vinegar
 - Add the quinoa to the bottom of the bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and drizzle with Wasabi Lime Dressing
