Same idea as the Chicken Curry and the Chilli Chicken Take a protein, green pepper and onion, add sauce and rice or noodles. Easy peasy! This one’s awesome because you can use any one of the million different asian sauces and it’ll taste great.
Spicy Beef Stir fry
Same idea as the Chicken Curry and the Chilli Chicken Take a protein, green pepper and onion, add sauce and rice or noodles. Easy peasy! This one’s awesome because you can use any one of the million different asian sauces and it’ll taste great.
Servings: 4 serving
Ingredients
- 5 tbsps sauce your choice of asian
- 2 tbsps soy sauce
- pepper
- 1 lb beef fast fry , cut into squares 2 u2033
- 1 large 2 pepper u2033 green , cut into squares
- 1 onion large chopped into large pieces
- rice , cooked
Instructions
- Add beef to an oiled wok or large pan, season with pepper, add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp asian sauce. Fry til no longer red- about 3 minutes, then remove from pan and set aside.
- Add vegetables to pan with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp asian sauce. Fry until they begin to soften.
- Return meat to wok/pan. Add last tbsp of asian sauce. Toss to combine then cover pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Notes
for the sauce I used spicy szechuan noodle, but any of the black bean or pepper sauces are great too
