Grilled Cheese with Pickles and Bacon
There’s no denying the grilled cheese sandwich toes the line between cooking and “cooking” But here we are anyways.
Servings: 2 serving
Ingredients
- 4 slice white bread buttered
- 4 slice American Cheese
- 4 slice pickle
- 6-8 strips microwave bacon
- 1 can tomato soup
Instructions
- Start the soup per its directions
- Heat a large pan on high
- lay a slice of bread butter side down in the pan, add a slice of cheese
- add 2 pickles in one direction and then half the bacon strips on top, perpendicularly
- Add another cheese slice and another bread slice, butter side up
- When you can easily slide the sandwich around the pan, carefully flip it and fry til you can slide it again
- repeat for the second sandwich
