A poached egg with smoked salmon and dijon mustard on a toasted piece of my home made bread. Bread Recipe here

Ingredients

  • 2 bread slices of my
  • 2 eggs , poached
  • 70 g salmon smoked
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Poach your eggs and toast the bread. I used the vinegar in boiling water at 2 minutes poaching method
  • Spread half the dijon on each piece of toast and lay half the smoked salmon on each piece.
  • Place a poached egg on each toast piece and season with salt and pepper
