Hollandaise can keep in the fridge for several days. If it gets goopy in the microwave hit it with a splash of cold water and stir. Now that you have a tub of re heatable hollandaise you can make eggs Benedict in about 5 minutes!

Hollandaise can keep in the fridge for several days. If it gets goopy in the microwave hit it with a splash of cold water and stir. Now that you have a tub of re heatable hollandaise you can make eggs Benedict in about 5 minutes!
Servings: 2 serving
Ingredients
- Hollandaise sauce
- 2 egg extra large
- 2 Ham slices cooked
- 1 half english muffin , sliced in
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Instructions
- Fill a medium sized pot with 3-4u2033 of water, add vinegar and bring to a rolling boil
- While water is heating up, make sauce according to instructions
- When the water is boiling, stir it hard around the edge of the pot to create a whirlpool. Quickly crack an egg into the center and continue lightly stirring to corral the egg white to the yolk.
- Poach egg for 2 minutes, gently remove from water with a slotted spoon.
- Build the eggs benny- muffin, ham, egg. Drown in hollandaise.
