It sounds all fancy and French, but it's an amazingly fast and simple breakfast sandwich
Servings: 1 serving
- 4 swiss cheese slices
- 4 ham slices deli
- 2 bread slices thick cut
- 2 eggs
- dijon mustard
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice
- Heat a medium skillet on high, place one bread slice butter side down, then lay down 2 cheese slices, then the ham, then 2 more cheese slices and the other bread slice, butter side up. Cover the pan to melt the cheese. When the sizzling stops, flip the sandwich
- In another pan, fry 2 eggs over easy.
- When the sandwich is toasted to your liking, move to a plate, cut in half and top with eggs. Server with dijon mustard.
