Ingredients
- 7 large jalapeno pepper sliced thin, seeds and all
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vinegar
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
Instructions
- Whisk the water, vinegar, sugar, salt and garlic in a sauce pan and bring to a boil
- Remove from heat and add the sliced jalapenos
- Allow to cool for 8 minutes, then transfer to a mason jar, seal tightly and allow to cool on the counter over night, then refrigerate.
