  • 2 large avocado very ripe, pitted, peeled
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup soy milk unsweetened
  • 4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raspberries


  • Add the raspberries and milk to the blender and puree. Press the pure through a fine sieve into a bowl to remove all the seeds. Rinse the blender to get rid of any stray seeds.
  • Put the raspberry puree plus everything everything else in the blender and process on puree until completely smooth. If it's too thick or having a hard time blending add in more milk a but at a time.
