  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 10 oz cans cream mushroom of soup
  • 1 10 oz cans tomato soup
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 2 cups macaroni dry
  • 500 g cheddar cheese , shredded
  • 1 onion large
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • salt pepper and


  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Cook pasta til al dente, drain and set aside.
  • Brown the beef in a large, deep pan on medium. When almost browned, season with salt and pepper, then stir in onions.
  • cook beef and onions til onions soften- about 3-5 minutes.
  • Add chilli powder and vegetables, stir thoroughly to combine.
  • Stir in unprepared soups straight from their cans. Increase temperature to high, cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Split the beef mixture evenly between 2 9x11 casserole dishes and place in the oven for 25 minutes.
  • After baking for 25 minutes, remove casseroles, top each evenly with half the cheese and return to oven for another 15 minutes.
