Cauliflower Hashbrowns
Servings: 6 hashbrowns
Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower riced
- 2 large egg
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F
- Microwave the riced cauliflower for 3 minutes then squeeze out the moisture in cheese cloth
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
- Add the cauliflower to a baking sheet 1/2 cup at a time and shape into rectangles
- Bake the hash browns for 15-30 minutes until golden brown, then allow to cool at least 10 minutes
