  • 100 g Reshmi Kabab Chicken see Ben Franklins recipe above
  • 100 g saffron rice see recipe above
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 1 tbsp toum garlic sauce
  • 1/3 cup pickled turnip if they're full slices, chop them a little for easier forkfuls
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos see recipe, optional
  • 3/4 cup tabouleh see recipe
  • cilantro to garnish
  • hot sauce to garnish
