Zucchini Noodle Lasagna

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (I used regular)
- 1 1/2 tbsps chopped garlic
- 1 onion medium , chopped
- 28 oz tomato crushed cans
- 2 tbsps basil
- 3 1/8 u2033 strips zucchini medium , sliced into
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375
- mix together ricotta and parmesian
- Grill zucchini slices on both sides (1-2 mins per side)
- In a large pan, brown meat, drain fat and set aside
- Add oil, onion and garlic to pan and sautee til onions are translucent
- return meat to pan, add tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Bring to boil, then turn down heat and simmer at least 15-20 mins (up to 40 if you want)
- In a 9xd712 baking dish add a layer of zucchini, then spread meat sauce on top, then ricotta then another layer of zucchini, then mozarella
- Bake 45 minutes at 375F
