- preheat your oven to 375F 
- Sautee the spinach in the garlic and butter and set aside 
- Combine all stuffing ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl, using tongs add the spinach,  without its juices to the mixing bowl 
- Using a wooden spoon fold together all the stuffing ingredients 
- Open the chicken breasts and lay them flat, open side up, season liberally with salt and pepper, flip, then season the outside liberally with paprika and garlic powder 
- Stuff the chicken breasts with the cheese mixture, close and optionally use toothpicks to hold shut 
- Heat oil in an oven safe skillet on medium, when shimmering add the chicken breasts and sear for 2 minutes, flip and sear again 2 minutes 
- Finish the chicken in the oven until 145F internal temp
