Cook rice as desired, adding the bouillon to the water before boil
When rice is done stir in cilantro and lime juice
The Quesarito
bring a large pan or griddle to high heat- over 300F- lay a tortilla down in the pan, spread over with shredded cheese, lay second tortilla on top. Cook 2 mins per side and repeat with all tortillas and shredded cheese
place a line of beef and a line of rice in the center of a quesadilla you just made, top with sour cream, queso and fire sauce. Roll like burrito, cut on a bias and serve with salsa for dipping
