Heat vegetable or another high smoke point oil in a small to medium sized skillet on medium high heat
crack the egg into a small bowl, season with salt and pepper and whisk lightly. The egg should be broken, but the whole liquid shouldn't be solid yellow. Just a couple strokes.
cut the english muffin in half and toast in a toaster
use some of the butter to grease a 3" food ring, once the oil is shimmering
Place the food ring in the center of the pan with the remaining butter, reduce heat to medium. Once the butter melts pour the egg into the ring, cover and let cook 2-3 minutes or until desired done-ness.
Remove the egg puck to a small place, immediately place the cheese on top and cover to melt the cheese
Microwave the bacon per package instructions, spread the top piece of the english muffin with the aioli.
place the egg and cheese on the bottom english muffin piece, the bacon on the cheese, then top and enjoy immediately.
