Ingredients

The Tacos

  • 1 lb Vegan Mushroom Ground Beef Substitute see recipe link above
  • 2-3 cups pico de gallo see recipe above
  • 1 cup feta or, if you can find it, queso fresco
  • 1 cup cilantro finely chopped
  • 6-8 6in corn tortilla
  • 1/2 - 1 cup sour cream

Taco Seasoning

  • 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp oregano dried
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Combine the taco seasoning ingredients together in a small bowl
  • Cook the Vegan Mushroom Ground Beef Substitute per recipe instructions, adding the taco seasoning instead of the recipe's dry seasoning.
  • Build the tacos as desired, garnish with cilantro
