Ingredients
The Tacos
- 1 lb Vegan Mushroom Ground Beef Substitute see recipe link above
- 2-3 cups pico de gallo see recipe above
- 1 cup feta cheese or, if you can find it, queso fresco
- 1 cup cilantro finely chopped
- 6-8 6in corn tortilla
- 1/2 – 1 cup sour cream
Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp oregano dried
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Combine the taco seasoning ingredients together in a small bowl
- Cook the Vegan Mushroom Ground Beef Substitute per recipe instructions, adding the taco seasoning instead of the recipe’s dry seasoning.
- Build the tacos as desired, garnish with cilantro
