These make a nice little appetizer, but turned out to be a little more effort than they were worth. Pretty tasty none-the-less.

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb flank steak thin fast fry
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine sherry Chinese or dry
- 2 cloves garlic , chopped
- xbc broth cupbeef
- 1 teaspoon garlic , chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger minced
- 1 inchs carrot , cut into matchsticks 2
- xbd inchs red pepper , cut into matchsticks 2
- 2 celery , sliced thin on diagonal
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 12 3 inches chives , cut into long
- 4 ounces mushroom enoki
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons butter
Instructions
- rub the steak with the pepper on both sides and marinate for at least 30 minutes (I recommend 2 hours)
- In a bow mix together oyster sauce, rice wine / sherry, 2 cloves chopped garlic and broth
- Add vegetable oil to a wok and then stir fry garlic, ginger, carrot, pepper, celery, soy sauce and sesame oil for 3 minutes
- Cut steak into slices about 3u2033 by 4u2033, pile the vegetables along with some mushrooms and chives into each pieace, wrap and secure with tooth pic
- Melt butter in a medium skillet, add sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook wraps in the sauce 3 minutes covered
