Fish Tacos
For the guac
Servings: 5 serving
Ingredients
- 4 sole fillets
- 1/2 tsp paprika smokey
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano dried
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped fresh
- 1/4 cup queso fresco grated
- 4 8 tortilla "
- quarter cup red onion chopped
- salt and pepper and
- 2 tbsps lime juice
- vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 - 2 tbsps sriracha
Instructions
- Slice the fillets into 1/2" pieces, put them in a medium mixing bowl.
- Mix together the cumin, paprika, chilli powder, garlic powder and oregano.
- Coat the fish in oil and the lime juice then toss with the spice mix to fully coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Make the guac according to the instructions above.
- Mix together the sour cream and sriracha til fully combined.
- Saute the fish on medium for 5-8 minutes til flaky.
- Build your tacos!
