Easy Fried Rice

Make it when you’re drunk. Use beef, chicken or scrambled eggs.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsps soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsps sriracha
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 chicken breast cut into small pieces or
  • 6 egg
  • 1 3/4 cups rice , cooked
  • pepper

Instructions

  • If youu2019re doing the eggs, scramble them til almost done in the wok with a little oil, salt and pepper, then remove from pan and set aside.
  • In a large pan or wok, heat oil, sriracha sauce and soy sauce
  • (skip if doing eggs) Add the steak / chicken, season with cumin and pepper and stir fry. If youu2019re using a meat, stir fry til no longer pink.
  • Remove steak / chicken from pan. Add vegetables and stir fry til soft.
  • Return steak / chicken / eggs to pan, add rice and toss til rice is no longer white.
