Easy Fried Rice
Make it when you’re drunk. Use beef, chicken or scrambled eggs.
Servings: 4 serving
Ingredients
- 3 tbsps soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsps sriracha
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 chicken breast cut into small pieces or
- 6 egg
- 1 3/4 cups rice , cooked
- pepper
Instructions
- If youu2019re doing the eggs, scramble them til almost done in the wok with a little oil, salt and pepper, then remove from pan and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat oil, sriracha sauce and soy sauce
- (skip if doing eggs) Add the steak / chicken, season with cumin and pepper and stir fry. If youu2019re using a meat, stir fry til no longer pink.
- Remove steak / chicken from pan. Add vegetables and stir fry til soft.
- Return steak / chicken / eggs to pan, add rice and toss til rice is no longer white.
