Ingredients
- 4 tbsps peanut butter creamy
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsps curry powder
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs , cut into cubes 1/5 u2033
- 2 – 3 tbsps sriracha
- 1/2 tbsp peanut oil or olive oil
Instructions
- Heat a grill pan, or bbq
- In a large bowl mix 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup lemon juice, curry powder, garlic. Whisk until smooth.
- Add chicken to marinade and let sit as long as you want.
- Grill skewers 2-3 minutes per side
- Peanut Sauce: In a small bowl use a small spoon to mix together 2tbsp peanut butter, 1tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, sriracha sauce, oil. Mix until thoroughly combined.
