Chicken Rosé on Egg Noodles

Servings: 3 serving
Ingredients
- 1 pack egg noodles , cooked
- 2 chicken breast , cut into bite size pieces
- 14 oz tomato pureed (half a big cans)
- 1 medium onion cut into small wedges
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup whipping cream (35%)
- parmesan grated
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Add chicken and onions, season with salt and pepper. cook, stirring til chicken is no longer pink, 8-10 minutes
- Add vegetables, broth and tomatoes, bring to boil and reduce to simmer.
- Add cream. Simmer for 5-8 minutes til sauce reduces.
- Serve over egg noodles with parmesan cheese.
