Servings: 2 serving
Ingredients
- 2 sausage any kind
- 1/2 cup jack cheese
- 1 half pepperoni slice pizza cut in
Instructions
- Slice the sausages down the middle lengthwise, not all the way through
- Fry the sausages cut side down first then turn them and continue cooking til almost done
- Fill the slice of each sausage with 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Cover the pan and let the cheese melt
- roll each sausage in a pizza slice and use a toothpick to hold it.
