Cajun garlic cannabutter steak bites with chipotle aioli
The steaks have never been higher
If you’re planning to serve this to a bunch of people, each one only having 1 or 2 then go ahead and do the full amount of butter as cannabutter. If not you’ll probably want to use less cannabutter and more regular butter, whatever you do, though, make sure your total amount of butter is 1/3 cup.
Cajun garlic cannabutter steak bites with chipotle aioli

Ingredients
The Steak
- 1 lb striploin steak or sirloin
- 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup butter some portion of it cannabutter
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- parsley chopped, for garnish
The Aioli
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1-2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp chipotle hot sauce
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
Instructions
The Steak
- Cut the steaks into 2″ cubes and thoroughly toss in the Cajun seasoning
- Heat a medium skillet on medium high till very hot then melt the butter
- Once the butter is melted add the steak and brown on all sides, stirring frequently for 5-8 minutes
- Once the bites are mostly browned stir in the garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes, then remove from the heat and rest 5-10 minutes depending on desired done-ness.
- Serve with the aioli and optionally topped with chopped parsley
The Aioli
- Whisk together all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Taste and adjust with more lemon juice as needed.
