Balsamic Glazed Pork Loin

Ingredients
- 2 medium onion diced small
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup beef broth
- 1-1.5 lbs Pork Loin sliced into 8-10 pieces
- 1.5 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
Instructions
- season both sides of the pork loin pieces with salt and pepper
- whisk together the broth, sugar and vinegar in a mixing bowl
- Heat olive in a large pan on medium-high. Add the pork loin and brown both sides, 2 minutes per side. Remove the pork loin pieces and set aside
- reduce the heat to medium and add the onions and garlic and saute til fragrant, 3-5 minutes
- Add the sauce, bring the heat to high til the sauce boils, then reduce to a simmer. Return the pork loins to the pan and continue to cook uncovered for another 5-8 minutes or until the pork loins reach an internal temperature of 150F
