In a large glass bowl thouroughly whisk together the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, oregano and 2 tbsp olive oil
Dump in the chicken and mix with your hands to ensure every piece is good and coated.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Turn on your ovenu2019s broiler and let preheat
Cover a baking sheet with tin foil and spread chicken strips out on the sheet, no need to grab any extra marinade when pulling them out. Discard remaining marinade
Put the chicken under the broiler for 4 minutes. Remove, turn pieces, and broil another 4 minutes. Allow to sit, covered 4 minutes.
While the chicken is cooking brush a large pan with olive oil and heat on medium high. Place a pita in the pan and cover. Cook pita 2 mins per side til soft and warm.
Assemble your gyros!
