Garlic Fingers and Donair Sauce

  • Pizza dough
  • 300 - 400 g mozzarella shredded
  • 3 tbsps butter room temperature
  • 1 1/2 tbsps garlic powder
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 can condensed milk sweetened
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsps garlic powder


  • thoroughly mix together condensed milk, vinegar and garlic powder in a bowl. cover and refrigerate.


Preheat over to 475F
In a bowl mix together garlic powder and butter to form a garlic butter
Brush a large pizza pan with the olive oil. make sure to get the sides too.
Spread dough out on pan. Use your hands to spread it out at least half way, then spin the pan and let physics do the rest.
Spread all the garlic butter onto the dough, then coat with shredded cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes
