Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add the quinoa and bouillon, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or package instructions. When it's cooked drain it and set aside
Heat oil in a large pan, once sizzling add the sausage and fry for 5-8 minutes until the sausage begins to brown.
Add the white onion and continue to saute another 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the red onion and broccoli to the pan, sprinkle over the spices, then add the water and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, reduce to medium and cover for 5 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat, sprinkle in the cheese and stir til fully melted in. Stir in the quinoa, taste and adjust seasoning with lemon juice and pepper.
