Ingredients
The Steak
1lbstriploin steakor sirloin
2tbspcajun seasoning
1/2tspsalt
1/3cupbuttersome portion of it cannabutter
2tbspchopped garlic
parsleychopped, for garnish
The Aioli
1/2cupmayonnaise
1/4tspsalt
1/4tsppepper
1-2tsplemon juice
1tbspgarlic
1tbspolive oil
1-2tbspchipotle hot sauce
1tspdijon mustard
Instructions
The Steak
Cut the steaks into 2" cubes and thoroughly toss in the Cajun seasoning
Heat a medium skillet on medium high till very hot then melt the butter
Once the butter is melted add the steak and brown on all sides, stirring frequently for 5-8 minutes
Once the bites are mostly browned stir in the garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes, then remove from the heat and rest 5-10 minutes depending on desired done-ness.
Serve with the aioli and optionally topped with chopped parsley
The Aioli
Whisk together all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Taste and adjust with more lemon juice as needed.
