whisk together the broth, sugar and vinegar in a mixing bowl
Heat olive in a large pan on medium-high. Add the pork loin and brown both sides, 2 minutes per side. Remove the pork loin pieces and set aside
reduce the heat to medium and add the onions and garlic and saute til fragrant, 3-5 minutes
Add the sauce, bring the heat to high til the sauce boils, then reduce to a simmer. Return the pork loins to the pan and continue to cook uncovered for another 5-8 minutes or until the pork loins reach an internal temperature of 150F
