Instructions
Add water to a large pot and set on high.
Mix miso paste with a bit of water and stir up with a fork. Stir miso paste into the pot.
Add all other ingredients and simmer for 15-20 minutes, tasting occasionally and adjusting flavour with salt and pepper
Notes
If you want to adjust the broth size, the ratio is about 1.5 tbsp miso paste per cup of water.
