preheat oven to 400F
put salmon in a glass baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, then rub on salt, pepper, onion powder and dill
bake salmon for 25 minutes or until flaky
in a mixing bowl coat asparagus with salt, olive oil and vinegar, grill to your liking (5 mins per side until grill marks are visible and stalks are floppy)
in a medium pan, on low melt butter.
add onions and season with salt, stir to coat. Increase heat to medium-low and cover
cook onions about 25 mins, stirring occasionally.
When onions are transparent and mushy, transfer to a food processor and pulse until onions no longer solid.
